Terms & Conditions

This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Infinite Beacon Light Inc (the “Company”) and the undersigned (the “Client”) about the Company’s service(s) to be performed at the Client’s stated location (the “Service Location”).  
Payments
All payments made= Acceptance of All Terms & Conditions As Outlined Below
 
Communication
We will communicate with client via text or email of status, updates, and/or changes that occur while the service is in "pending completion" status. Client should also communicate via text or email any materials changes to the original request.
Services - Organization/In Home Help/De-Cluttering Service
Please note that all materials for scope of work are to be provided by the client unless our agreement (text or email) specifically states that we will be providing materials for the scope of work requested. Task Helper assigned will be taking before and after pictures for each work day. Areas at Service Location not part of scope of work will not be photographed. By accepting our service, you agree to our Task Helper taking photos of the home. You also agree that Company will not be held liable for any damages made to materials, clothing, or areas in your home due to use of cleaning agents by you, the Client.
Services - Deliveries & Pickups

Company will be transporting your items in the original packaging received from the retail store and/or your home or place of business. Additional cartons and/or bubble wrapping are available at cost and must be requested in advance. The condition of any broken/damaged items will not be our responsibility. Please ensure that any/all fragile items are wrapped with sufficient padding or packing prior to pickup. We do not transport and/or pickup any items/substances that would be considered illegal. We reserve the right to refuse services and no refund will be due.

Gratuity

Gratuity may be included in the rate quoted. Please review our written communication. Additional tips or gratuity can be given directly to your Task Helper if client deems it appropriate.



Inclement Weather

Communication is key. Client will be kept informed of any challenges and/or changes due to the weather. Safety of your items and our staff is very important to us. State or federal weather emergencies may trump scheduled/booked appointments if it is deemed unsafe to travel or provide an onsite service. Client may opt for virtual services if feasible. 

Prorations

No prorations are allowed for any of our services. Services not utilized within the specified agreed upon time will be forfeited. 



Rescheduling/Cancellations

Rescheduling allowed within 24 hours of service booked date. Rescheduling not due to inclement weather are subject to rescheduling fees at the discretion of the helper manager. Rescheduling Fees start at $75.

Right To Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service at any property that it deems at its sole discretion to be unsafe or otherwise untenable.

Substitutions/Material Changes

Changing the scope of the service request is a material change to the order and is subject to price adjustment to reflect the change. The difference in pricing is due in full before services can be completed.



Refunds

No Refunds. Payments are Non- Refundable. Unused hours at the discretion of the Company may be used towards future dates. All services provided are personalized and therefore no refunds will be due once service(s) are booked.

Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice. The Client agrees to pay for all services rendered, cancellation fees, other outstanding fees, and any legal or collection fees incurred by the Company to collect on payments due.

Hold Harmless

A set of Rules and Direction are either displayed within email communications or invoices or have been provided to the undersigned which Client & Company agree to follow.

 

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire terms & conditions Agreement.

I (Client/Vendor) understand its content and that I execute it freely without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated. I, for myself (client/vendor) and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Infinite Beacon Light Inc DBA My Task Helpers , its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE CLIENT/VENDOR/RENTER/EVENT GUESTS OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

*Infinite Beacon Light Inc DBA My Task Helpers reserves the right to proceed with small claims court case, to include filing criminal charges for lost/stolen rental items and/or other litigation against client for any damages incurred. Customer agrees to reimburse My Task Helpers/Infinite Beacon Light Inc. for any and all damages to include the full cost incurred for litigation.
